Mechanism of Action
Collalytin is a proteolytic enzyme preparation with collagendegrading activity. It hydrolyzes peptide bonds within denatured and partially structured collagen, aiding in removal of necrotic tissue, modulation of extracellular matrix turnover and enhancement of woundenvironment remodeling.
