Product Description

Mechanism of Action

Dulaglutide is a longacting GLP1 receptor agonist fused to an Fc fragment to prolong stability and reduce renal clearance. It stimulates insulin secretion, suppresses glucagon release, delays gastric emptying and enhances satiety. Its stable structure resists DPP4 degradation, enabling sustained metabolic signalling.

Benefits and Advantages

Used in incretinbiology research, glucosehomeostasis modelling, metabolicsyndrome studies, cell signalling assays and longacting peptide engineering.

Side Effects and Risks

Risks include nausea, vomiting, delayed gastric emptying, hypoglycemia (with other agents), pancreatitis risk and thyroid Ccell concerns. Handle with peptideagonist precautions.

Only GMP materials will be supplied, logistics all according to GDP.
