Mechanism of Action
Dothiepin (dosulepin) is a tricyclic antidepressant with dual serotoninnorepinephrine reuptake inhibition. It additionally antagonizes muscarinic, Hhistamine and receptors, contributing to sedative and anticholinergic profiles. It modulates limbic monoamine transmission and neuroadaptive receptor responses.

Side Effects and Risks
