Product Description

Mechanism of Action

Dinoprost (prostaglandin F) is a naturally occurring prostaglandin that activates FP receptors on smooth muscle cells. It induces uterine contraction, luteolysis, bronchoconstriction and vasculartone modulation. Its mechanism involves phospholipaseC activation, increased IP/DAG signalling and calcium mobilisation.

Benefits and Advantages

Used in reproductivephysiology studies, prostaglandinpathway modelling, smoothmuscle contractility assays, and endocrinecycle research.

Side Effects and Risks

Risks include bronchospasm, abdominal pain, hypertension, fever, nausea and hypersensitivity. Handle with prostaglandinactive compound precautions.

Only GMP materials will be supplied, logistics all according to GDP.
