Mechanism of Action
Chiauranib is a multitarget kinase inhibitor active against VEGFR2, PDGFR, cKit and Aurora B kinase. It suppresses tumour angiogenesis, disrupts microtubule formation and inhibits mitotic spindle assembly. The combined antiangiogenic and antimitotic effects block tumour vascularisation while inducing cellcycle arrest and apoptosis.

Side Effects and Risks
