Product Description

Mechanism of Action

Chlorambucil is a nitrogenmustard alkylating agent that forms covalent bonds with DNA, producing interstrand and intrastrand crosslinks. This disrupts replication, transcription and cellcycle progression, ultimately inducing apoptosis. Its ability to target rapidly proliferating lymphoid tissue makes it effective in hematologic malignancy research.

Benefits and Advantages

Used in oncology research, DNAalkylation pathway modelling, apoptosis signalling studies, lymphoidcancer mechanistic exploration, drugresistance evaluations and structureactivity optimisation of alkylating agents.

Side Effects and Risks

Risks include severe myelosuppression, hepatotoxicity, infertility, secondary malignancy risk and immunosuppression. Handle with full cytotoxicagent containment.

Only GMP materials will be supplied, logistics all according to GDP.
