Mechanism of action
Bencyclane is a vasodilator with calciumchannel blocking activity and phosphodiesterase inhibition. It reduces vascular smoothmuscle contraction by decreasing intracellular calcium availability, improving peripheral blood flow. It also exhibits antiplatelet properties via inhibition of platelet aggregation.
