Mechanism of Action
Enopotanab vedotin is an antibodydrug conjugate (ADC) consisting of a monoclonal antibody linked to the microtubuledisrupting agent monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE). Upon antigen binding and internalization, MMAE is released intracellularly, inhibiting tubulin polymerization and inducing apoptosis in target cells.
