Mechanism of Action
Estradiol (E2) is the primary endogenous estrogen, binding ER and ER to regulate transcription across reproductive, skeletal, cardiovascular and neural tissues. It modulates gene expression through nuclear receptor signalling and membraneinitiated steroid signalling.
