Darolutamide is a nonsteroidal androgen receptor inhibitor that blocks androgen signaling in prostate cancer cells. It is used for nonmetastatic castrationresistant prostate cancer. Benefits include delayed metastasis and prolonged survival with a relatively favorable CNS sideeffect profile. Adverse effects include fatigue, arthralgia, and mild liver enzyme elevations. Mechanism of Action
Dapsone is an antiinflammatory and antimicrobial sulfone that inhibits dihydropteroate synthase in bacteria and suppresses neutrophil myeloperoxidase activity. It reduces reactive oxygen species, modulates inflammatory cytokines and is active against *Mycobacterium leprae* and various inflammatory dermatoses.

Side Effects and Risks
Risks include hemolysis (especially in G6PD deficiency), methemoglobinemia, neuropathy, rash and hepatotoxicity. Handle with sulfonecompound precautions.
