Mechanism of Action

Gallopamil is a phenylalkylamine calcium-channel blocker that inhibits L-type Ca²⁺ channels in cardiac and smooth-muscle cells, reducing contractility, slowing AV conduction and promoting vasodilation.

Side Effects and Risks
