Mechanism of Action
Dienestrol is a synthetic nonsteroidal estrogen (stilbene class) that binds estrogen receptors ER and ER, activating estrogenresponsive gene transcription. It mimics endogenous estradiol and modulates reproductive and metabolic pathways.
