Product Description

Mechanism of Action

Dicyclomine hydrochloride is an anticholinergic (antimuscarinic) agent that blocks M and M receptors in smooth muscle. It reduces GI motility and spasm by inhibiting parasympathetic signalling. It also exhibits weak antispasmodic activity via direct smoothmuscle relaxation.

Benefits and Advantages

Used in cholinergicpathway modelling, GI motilityregulation research, muscarinicreceptor studies, and smoothmuscle pharmacology.

Side Effects and Risks

Risks include dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, urinary retention, tachycardia, CNS effects (confusion, dizziness). Handle with anticholinergiccompound precautions.

Only GMP materials will be supplied, logistics all according to GDP.
