Product Description

Mechanism of Action

Denopamine is a selective β₁‑adrenergic receptor agonist with positive inotropic effects. It increases cardiac contractility and cardiac output with minimal chronotropic stimulation. Activation of β₁‑AR elevates cAMP, enhances Ca²⁺ cycling and improves myocardial efficiency.

Benefits and Advantages

Used in cardiac‑inotropy modelling, β‑adrenergic signalling research, heart‑failure physiology assays, cardiac cAMP‑pathway studies and pharmacodynamic modelling.

Side Effects and Risks

Risks include tachycardia, arrhythmias, angina, tremor, hypotension and CNS stimulation. Handle as a potent β‑agonist.
