Mechanism of Action
Decloxine hydrochloride is a tetracyclic antihistamine with strong Hreceptor antagonism and anticholinergic effects. It inhibits histaminemediated vasodilation, vascular permeability, and sensorynerve activation. Its lipophilic structure allows CNS penetration and sedative effects.
