Mechanism of Action

Decloxine hydrochloride is a tetracyclic antihistamine with strong H₁‑receptor antagonism and anticholinergic effects. It inhibits histamine‑mediated vasodilation, vascular permeability, and sensory‑nerve activation. Its lipophilic structure allows CNS penetration and sedative effects.
