Product Description
Mechanism of Action
Dapagliflozin is a sodiumglucose cotransporter2 (SGLT2) inhibitor that blocks glucose reabsorption in the proximal renal tubule, promoting glycosuria and lowering plasma glucose independently of insulin. It also reduces intraglomerular pressure, improves cardiorenal outcomes and modulates metabolic biomarkers.
Benefits and Advantages
Used in renalglucose transport research, metabolismpathway modelling, cardiorenalprotection studies, SGLT2binding assays and diabetesmechanism investigations.
Side Effects and Risks
Risks include euglycemic ketoacidosis, urinary infections, dehydration, hypotension and electrolyte imbalances. Handle with antidiabeticagent precautions.
Only GMP materials will be supplied, logistics all according to GDP.
