Mechanism of Action
Cyclofenil is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) that exhibits mixed estrogenic and anti‑estrogenic effects depending on tissue type. It binds ER‑α and ER‑β, modulating transcription of estrogen‑responsive genes. In endocrine systems, it increases gonadotropin release by reducing negative estrogen feedback at the hypothalamus.
