Product Description

Mechanism of Action

Cyclobenzaprine hydrochloride is a centrally acting muscle relaxant structurally related to tricyclic antidepressants. It reduces tonic somatic motor activity by inhibiting descending serotonergic and noradrenergic pathways and decreasing alphamotor neuron excitability.

Benefits and Advantages

Used in musclespasm research, CNSmotor modulation studies, serotonergicpathway analysis, and neuromuscularactivity modelling.

Side Effects and Risks

Risks include sedation, confusion, anticholinergic effects, arrhythmias and serotoninsyndrome potential. Handle with CNSdepressant precautions.

Only GMP materials will be supplied, logistics all according to GDP.
