Product Description

Mechanism of Action

Etofylline nicotinate combines etofylline with nicotinic acid, providing bronchodilation alongside enhanced microcirculatory perfusion. Nicotinate‑mediated vasodilation complements the PDE‑inhibitory effect of etofylline.

Benefits and Advantages

Used in microcirculation research, combined vasodilator–bronchodilator modelling, PDE‑inhibition assays, and peripheral‑vascular pharmacology.

Side Effects and Risks

Risks include flushing, tachycardia, GI discomfort and rare hepatotoxicity. Handle with vasodilatory‑xanthine precautions.
