Drofénine hydrochloride is an antispasmodic and analgesic compound that reduces smooth‑muscle contraction by modulating intracellular Ca²⁺ dynamics and inhibiting phosphodiesterase‑mediated cAMP breakdown. It exhibits mild anticholinergic activity and direct myotropic relaxation.

Side Effects and Risks
