Product Description

Mechanism of Action

Dihexiverine is an anticholinergic smoothmuscle relaxant that blocks muscarinic receptors (primarily M) in gastrointestinal tissue. It reduces spasms by inhibiting parasympathetic stimulation and decreasing calciumdependent smoothmuscle contraction.

Benefits and Advantages

Used in GI motility research, antispasmodic SAR modelling, muscarinicreceptor pathway studies, and visceralpain mechanism analysis.

Side Effects and Risks

Risks include anticholinergic effects: dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, urinary retention, tachycardia and CNS symptoms. Handle with muscarinicantagonist precautions.

Only GMP materials will be supplied, logistics all according to GDP.
