Product Description

Mechanism of Action

Dihydralazine hydrochloride is a direct arteriolar vasodilator that relaxes vascular smooth muscle through nitricoxidemediated mechanisms and interference with intracellular calcium mobilisation. It lowers peripheral resistance and increases cardiac output.

Benefits and Advantages

Used in vasculartone studies, hypertension modelling, smoothmuscle relaxation research, and nitricoxide signalling analysis.

Side Effects and Risks

Risks include reflex tachycardia, edema, lupuslike reactions, headaches, flushing and hypotension. Handle with vasodilatorclass precautions.

Only GMP materials will be supplied, logistics all according to GDP.
