Desoximethasone is a potent class2 topical corticosteroid that binds GR receptors to inhibit NF-κB and AP1 signalling, reducing inflammation, erythema, and pruritus. It decreases leukocyte infiltration, reduces cytokine expression and suppresses arachidonicacid pathways.
