Mechanism of action
Cabozantinib is a multikinase inhibitor targeting MET, VEGFR2, AXL, RET and other receptor tyrosine kinases involved in tumour angiogenesis, metastasis and cell proliferation. It suppresses tumour growth by inhibiting angiogenic signalling, blocking invasive pathways and disrupting metastatic niche formation.
