Mechanism of Action
Cyclovirobuxin D is a steroidal alkaloid from *Buxus* species with cardiotonic, antiinflammatory and antitumor properties. It modulates ion channels, enhances Ca²⁺ influx, affects mitochondrial potential and interferes with apoptosisregulating pathways.
