Product Description

Mechanism of Action

Ergocrystine mesylate is a mesylate salt form of ergocrystine that improves solubility and handling. Mechanistically it retains the mixed dopaminergic, serotonergic and adrenergic receptor interactions of the parent base, modulating vascular tone and central neurotransmission.

Benefits and Advantages

Used where enhanced solubility is needed for ergotreceptor binding assays, vascularpharmacology studies, and formulation development in ergotalkaloid research.

Side Effects and Risks

Risks mirror other ergot derivatives: vasospasm, ischemia, nausea, paresthesias and potential fibrosis with prolonged high exposure. Handle under ergotalkaloid safety protocols.

Only GMP materials will be supplied, logistics all according to GDP.
