Mechanism of Action
Daclatasvir is a directacting antiviral that targets the hepatitis C virus (HCV) nonstructural protein NS5A. It binds domain I of NS5A, disrupting viral RNA replication complex formation and virion assembly. It is active across multiple HCV genotypes when combined with other DAAs.

Side Effects and Risks
