Product Description

Mechanism of action

Buphenine (chlorphentermine derivative) is a peripheral vasodilator with β₂-adrenergic receptor agonist activity. It relaxes vascular smooth muscle, improves peripheral blood flow and decreases vascular resistance.

Benefits and advantages

Used in vascular-dynamics research, β₂-adrenergic modulation studies, microcirculation models, peripheral-perfusion investigations and smooth-muscle signalling research.

Side effects and risks

Risks include tachycardia, tremor, flushing, hypotension and CNS stimulation at high doses. Handle with adrenergic-active compound precautions.
