Product Description

Mechanism of action

Bunazosin is an -adrenergic receptor antagonist that relaxes vascular smooth muscle, reducing peripheral vascular resistance and blood pressure. In ophthalmic use, bunazosin enhances aqueous-humor outflow by relaxing trabecular meshwork smooth muscle.

Benefits and advantages

Used in adrenergic-signalling research, glaucoma-mechanism studies, vascular-tone modelling, smooth-muscle physiology assays and -receptor SAR investigations.

Side effects and risks

Risks include hypotension, dizziness, syncope, fatigue and mild tachycardia. Handle with adrenergic-antagonist precautions.

Only GMP materials will be supplied, logistics all according to GDP.
