Mechanism of action
Broxaterol is a selective adrenergic receptor agonist that activates adenylate cyclase, increasing intracellular cAMP in bronchial smooth muscle and causing bronchodilation. It also reduces airway resistance and improves airflow in obstructive pulmonary conditions.

Side effects and risks
