Product Description

Mechanism of Action

Fendiline is a calciumchannel blocker with additional antianginal and antiarrhythmic properties. It inhibits Ltype Ca²⁺ influx, modulates cardiac conduction and affects lipidmembrane properties due to its amphiphilic nature.

Benefits and Advantages

Used in calciumchannel inhibition assays, antianginal mechanism studies, membranefluidity research, and cardiac electrophysiology modelling.

Side Effects and Risks

Risks include hypotension, dizziness, arrhythmias and hepatic enzyme elevation. Handle with calciumchannel modulator precautions.

Only GMP materials will be supplied, logistics all according to GDP.
