Product Description

Mechanism of Action

Felodipine is a dihydropyridine calciumchannel blocker that selectively inhibits Ltype Ca²⁺ channels in vascular smooth muscle, producing vasodilation with minimal effects on cardiac conduction. It reduces peripheral vascular resistance and arterial pressure.

Benefits and Advantages

Used in vasculartone modelling, calciumchannel pharmacology, hypertension research, and smoothmuscle relaxation assays.

Side Effects and Risks

Risks include flushing, headache, ankle edema, reflex tachycardia and gingival hyperplasia. Handle with Cachannel blocker precautions.

Only GMP materials will be supplied, logistics all according to GDP.
