Product Description
Mechanism of Action
Dilazep dihydrochloride is a vasodilator and nucleosidetransport inhibitor. It blocks equilibrative nucleoside transporter1 (ENT1), reducing adenosine reuptake and increasing extracellular adenosine levels. This activates adenosine receptors, producing coronary vasodilation and antiplatelet effects. Dilazep also inhibits phosphodiesterase activity in vascular smooth muscle.
Benefits and Advantages
Used in nucleosidetransport studies, coronary vasodilation modelling, plateletaggregation research, ENT1inhibition assays and adenosinesignalling studies.
Side Effects and Risks
Risks include hypotension, dizziness, arrhythmias, flushing and headache. Handle with vasodilatoryagent precautions.
Only GMP materials will be supplied, logistics all according to GDP.
