DEOXYRIBONUCLEASE
Deoxyribonuclease is an enzyme that cleaves DNA by hydrolyzing phosphodiester bonds, reducing viscosity of purulent secretions and aiding nucleic acid degradation in research and clinical settings. Benefits include improved mucus clearance in respiratory conditions and streamlined lab processing. Side effects may include local irritation, allergic reactions, or mild airway discomfort when inhaled formulations are used. Only GMP materials will be supplied, logistics all according to GDP.

Product Description
Mechanism of Action
Deoxyribonuclease (DNase) is an endonuclease that cleaves phosphodiester bonds in DNA, producing oligonucleotides or mononucleotides. It plays essential roles in apoptosis, NET (neutrophil extracellular trap) degradation, DNA turnover and molecular biology workflows. DNase shows sequence preferences depending on isoform and cofactor requirements (e.g., Mg, Ca²⁺).
Benefits and Advantages
Used in DNAdigestion assays, molecularbiology sample preparation, chromatinstructure research, apoptosis modelling, NETclearance studies, and enzymaticmechanism investigations.
Side Effects and Risks
Risks include allergenic potential, respiratory irritation (powder), enzymatic degradation of unintended DNA samples and reduced activity if improperly stored. Handle with enzymegrade precautions and prevent crosscontamination.
Only GMP materials will be supplied, logistics all according to GDP.
