Product Description

Mechanism of Action

Denosumab is a fully human monoclonal antibody targeting RANKL (receptor activator of nuclear factor B ligand). By binding RANKL, it prevents activation of RANK on osteoclast precursors, suppressing osteoclast formation, function and survival. This reduces bone resorption and stabilizes skeletal structure.

Benefits and Advantages

Used in bonemetabolism research, osteoclastogenesis modelling, RANK/RANKL pathway studies, osteoporosis investigations, and monoclonalantibody mechanism analysis.

Side Effects and Risks

Risks include hypocalcemia, osteonecrosis of the jaw, atypical fractures, infections and dermatologic reactions. Handle with monoclonalbiologic containment procedures.

Only GMP materials will be supplied, logistics all according to GDP.
