Product Description

Mechanism of Action

Cresotamide (paracetamol derivative) is an analgesic and antipyretic agent acting primarily through central COX2 inhibition and modulation of serotonergic pain pathways. It reduces prostaglandin synthesis in the CNS and may influence endogenous cannabinoid signalling indirectly.

Benefits and Advantages

Used in COXenzyme inhibition research, analgesic SAR studies, central painmodulation modelling, oxidativemetabolism assays and drugsafety evaluation.

Side Effects and Risks

Risks include hepatotoxicity (dosedependent), nephrotoxicity, GI discomfort and rare hypersensitivity reactions. Handle with analgesiccompound precautions.

Only GMP materials will be supplied, logistics all according to GDP.
