1. MedicaPharma will only supply products under these terms and conditions, which are final.
2. The buyer accepts full
liability for the use of all products and services supplied by MedicaPharma. The buyer vows they will only use products under the guidance of their physician.
3. The buyer is completely responsible for the
confirmation of their personal importation requirements. Products are not available where prohibited by law.
4. The buyer makes a solemn pledge that they hold MedicaPharma free of any and all legal action
and prosecution. This includes any entrapment procedures that may be perpetrated by law enforcement and government agents and their agencies.
5. The buyer confirms they are of legal age.

MedicaPharma is not responsible for losses in the mail, unless the buyer requested and paid for a registered service. However the buyer must wait for a period of 28 days after the ship date indicated on the dispatch
note. In the event of a claim under the registered service, the tracking process can take up to 6 weeks, whereupon a confirmed mailing loss will result in the products being shipped for a second and final time.
7. Products sent via courier service are NOT recommended and will only be undertaken if the buyer has an account with the courier and has met MedicaPharma disclaimer paperwork requirements. All charges
including freight and taxes must be met on the buyer's courier account, including all return costs if the products have to be returned to MedicaPharma.
8. In the event of the products being detained by
foreign customs, the buyer must provide evidence to MedicaPharma for their confirmation of importation, i.e. a prescription and copies of communication with customs etc. In such an event the buyer should contact
Medicapharma before committing to any course of action, including the return of any products. If the products are retained by customs, the loss lies with the buyer. In the event that the products are returned by
customs, then when the products are received at Medicapharma they may be reshipped again, or are subject to a product credit note or refund under the conditions in section 11.
9. If the buyer alters an
order before the products are shipped then changes can be made, (providing there is no financial difference, otherwise only product credit notes for other goods may be issued). If the buyer wishes to receive a part
refund then it is subject to the conditions in section 10.
10. If the buyer wants to stop or change an order after payment has been processed but before the goods have been shipped, it is subject to a 5% charge
on credit cards , or a minimum of $5, whichever is the greater.
11. If the buyer wishes to return products for any reason (except under the conditions in section 12). Then providing the products are sent by the
buyer within 14 days of receipt and received by MedicaPharma in a good, unopened, resalable condition with an expiry date more than 6 months valid, a credit note for other products may be issued, plus a charge for
reshipping. If the buyer requires a full or part refund then a 25% restocking fee (applicable to products and not shipping and handling which is automatically deducted in full) is applicable, or a minimum of $5,
whichever is the greater.
12. If MedicaPharma has shipped the wrong products, or products have arrived in a damaged condition due to incorrect packaging. The package and products must be returned to
MedicaPharma for inspection (contact Medicapharma before undertaking any action). If the fault is identified and agreed, MedicaPharma will reship the products a second and final time. Should a refund or part refund
be required they are subject to the conditions in section 11.
13. MedicaPharma will only 'guarantee' a delivery if the order has been placed with a valid prescription and the buyer has requested and paid
for a 'registered' method of shipping.
14. MedicaPharma does not offer medical advice, all information is supplied on an educational basis and does not in anyway replace that of a physician's. All
translations are offered on a best effort basis.
15. MedicaPharma reserves the right to alter methods of shipments or to refuse orders as it sees fit.
16. MedicaPharma does not and will not supply
any products to the Kingdom of Thailand.
17. Other conditions that are not covered in these Terms and Conditions will be decided by MedicaPharma, and that decision will be final. MedicaPharma terms and
conditions are subject to change without notice.
