Shipping Options & Delivery time frame
We provide 3 shipping options of your choice as the following;

1. First Class Air Mail (US$9.00-)
This option is an economy option the cost is at US$9.00- (non signature required on delivery). First Class Air Mail packages normally take 10 days for most destinations however please  wait 14-28 days (depending on the country) as usually goods arrive. For this option, MedicaPharma Inc. is not responsible for losses in the mail ( see our Terms and Conditions ).

2. Registered 1st Class Mail (US$19.00-)
Registered First Class Mail service is one of the most secure air mail service because it is traceable.  Registered First Class Air Mail is the service  which MedicaPharma Inc. can stand behind ( see our Terms and Conditions ) in the event of a confirmed mailing loss (i.e. non-customs).  Registered First Class Air Mail packages normally take 7-10 days for most destinations however please  wait 14-28 days (depending on the country) as usually goods arrive.

3. EMS ( Express Mail Service) (US$27.00-)
EMS is an express delivery service with will take about 3-5 days to receive the package to most destination in the world (a signature required on delivery). You may track your order online via affiliated mail carrier website of your country (will be informed).
Please be noted that we may alter your shipping option to 1st Class or Registered 1st Class Air Mail, if we find that EMS may not be the best  way of delivery in your area.

We will do our best to ensure that the goods arrive as speedily as they can in the best possible state. However, due to the various circumstances beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible.
The circumstances outside our control include:
(A) Actual time taken for delivery
(B) Intervention of foreign customs and their procedures
(C) Actual location and route of delivery.

Note for Post Box customers.
A signature required on delivery for Registered 1st Class Air Mail, however    if you use Post Box or you are not home to sign for the package,  mail carrier in your area will drop a package arrival notification slip or form in your mail box, then you can pick up your package at post office in your area at your most convenience time.
