Prescription Suggestions & Guide lines Most countries allow the importation of personal supplies of ethical pharmaceuticals, there
are varying conditions, some countries will require a physician involved. That doesn't mean that you must have a prescription. Most physicians may do not know how to write a prescription for a product that is
"unapproved" in their country, but will however help the patient with its administration. However, you must be aware of controlled substances such as psychotropic substances, narcotic drugs and anabolic steroids which MedicaPharma does not and will not supply. The bottom line is that you must check your individual status for the products you require in your home country and
follow your country medications importation rules and regulations closely. For example DHEA is classified as a supplement in the USA, but it is an anabolic
steroid in Canada and Australia. Please be noted that the responsibility lies with the purchaser (see

A prescription should contain the following minimum information:

2.Name of physician
3.Address of physician
4.License number of physician
5.Telephone number of physician
6.Name of patient
7.Name and quantity of medication (in English)
8.Signature or stamp of physician
The following additional information is helpful: 1.Fax number of physician
2.e-mail address of physician
3.Address of patient
4.Age of patient
5.Sex of patient
6.Diagnosis

- Your physician may authorize refills on your prescription. If refills are authorized, you can submit subsequent orders for your medication without having to submit a new prescription (until you run out of
refills).
- Your medication can be shipped to your physician's address. This way a prescription is not required in most country. When placing an order, your shipping address would be:
